These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Toolorah ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our website at toolorah.com and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Toolorah provides a collection of browser-based productivity tools including, but not limited to: text utilities, generators, converters, calculators, and design helpers.

All tools run client-side in your browser. We do not process, store, or transmit the content you input into our tools unless explicitly stated (e.g., account settings).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account. To access premium features, you must register for an account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You may not share your account with or transfer it to another person.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are owned by Toolorah and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software without our prior written permission.

Content you create using our tools remains your own. You grant us no rights to content you input into our client-side tools.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TOOLORAH, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

Our aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD $50 or (b) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Toolorah and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason — including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@toolorah.com.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, sending an email to registered users.

Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
