Your text and files stay on your machine
Almost every tool here is plain JavaScript running in your tab. Your text or document is read by your own browser, processed there, and never sent anywhere. That means no upload queue, no file sitting on someone else’s disk, and no account standing between you and a word count.
You don’t have to take that on trust. Open DevTools, switch to the Network panel, and type into the counter above — no request carries your text. (The page itself still loads its own assets, and ads where they run.)
| What you use | Where it runs |
|---|---|
| Text, generators, converters, calculators, colour tools Nothing transmitted | Your browser |
| PDF merge, split, edit, image-to-PDF Files never leave the tab | Your browser |
| Background removal Model downloads once, then runs offline | Your browser |
| AI assist, thesaurus lookup Only the text you send to it | Our server |
| Saved history, teams, the public API Requires an account | Our server |
